Nitrous Oxide Systems

Nitrous Oxide Installation on Matts RX2 Drag Car.

Engine was producing 180kW at rear wheels without Nos at 8,000rpm.
With a 4 nozzle "wet" type system fitted, early testing has already improved power reliably to 240kW.

Rotary Automotive Services now stock & install Nitrous Oxide systems to suit most vehicles. Kits are available from 40Hp and upwards.

The vehicle pictured is powered by a Peripheral Port 13B which has
been built by Mildren Race Engineering for City Discount Tyes (Ridgehaven) Drag Racing Team.

1/4 mile times without Nos were 12.2 secs, times with Nos are expected to approach 10.0 secs.

The Nos is fed thru spacer blocks made to bolt under the Weber 48IDA, we have fuel pressure adjustment as well as different fuel and Nos jets we can alter to get the power and the mixtures just right for correct air/fuel ratio and reliability.

Here we see Jason checking thru the data log of information collected by out Motec ADL data aquisition logger, for fuel mixture, air temps, water temps, rpm, fuel pressure, battery voltage and more.
