Wolf3D Version 4 - Plug-in Packages

Wolf 3D Plug In ECU replace the factory Engine Management with a fully functional Version 4 Wolf 3D. The ECU directly plugs into the factory-wiring loom with the factory connector where the factory computer is located. It is not an adapter loom, but an ECU with the correct connector to suit the Cars original connector. The Wolf 3D V4 PI runs all of the factory sensors (including standard crank and cam sensors). Wolf has an inbuilt MAP sensor so that the factory air flow meter can be removed, improving engine power and response. The Wolf 3D V4 PI computers have also been designed to run the original factory ignition system. The Wolf 3D V4 PI comes pre-tuned so that the car will run and is drivable as soon as the Wolf is plugged in. From this point the Wolf 3D V4 PI can be tuned to suit any modifications you wish to make to the engine. The Wolf 3D V4 PI computers retain all their auxiliary functions. Some of these functions are used to operate the engine auxiliary devices, and parameters such as boost control can also be adjusted. The Wolf 3D V4 PI's have the same features as the normal wire in Wolf 3D, giving the engine tuner massive resolution of over 2000 map points for both fuel and ignition timing with adjustment every 125rpm as well as a very high resolution for modifiers (such as acceleration enrichment) and control (such as idle speed control). The Wolf 3D V4 PI computers have the same interface as the wire in Wolf 3D's enabling the tuning of the Wolf to be accessed directly online via a PC or laptop, or via the Wolf Hand Controller. The standard Wolf 3D V4 PI kit comes complete PC link cable, PC software, Wolf 3D Version 4 User guide manual, mounting brackets, vinyl cut sticker, registration card and lifetime warranty. Wolf 3D V4 PI units are compatible with the current model of Wolf 3D V4 Hand Controller, which is available to the customer as an optional extra. The Hand controller provides an additional, perhaps more accessible means of tuning the ECU as well as the benefit of allowing the security pin number to be entered. Also compatible with the Plug in units are the Wolf 3D V4 Memory Cartridges, which allow the maps to be saved and loaded externally. Both the hand Controller and the memory Cartridge can be purchased separately from the kit.
